Workplace disputes and the reach of Obama-Care highlight the docket of cases before the U.S. Supreme Court this fall. The 9 most powerful judges in the country start another nine-month term on Monday.  In one case, the court must decide whether to limit the power of unions to collect dues. The supreme court will also wade into a number of court challenges pertaining to the Affordable Care Act.  Some 60 faith-based organizations have filed suit saying it’s a violation of their first amendment freedoms to be forced to offer birth control and abortifacients to workers.  Many say they’ll go out of business if they’re forced to pay fines much longer.
