Presidential ad spending is focused in on nine states, and one of them is Pennsylvania. With Mitt Romney and Barack Obama neck and neck, get ready for a flurry of ads in the Keystone state. Pennsylvania is one of only a handful of states that the White House is dumping millions into; 350-million so far for television ads. It's because these states account for 120 of the 270 electoral votes needed to win. In Ohio, the average viewer is seeing 87 presidential campaign spots a week. Pennsylania is not far behind.
