Will convicted child predator Jerry Sandusky recieve a new trial? The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court will hear arguments this afternoon. Sandusky is hoping to win a new trial. He is serving a sentence that could keep him behind bars the rest of his life. Three judges will hear arguments. Each side will only get 15 minutes to speak. The defense will argue the judge should have told the jurors it took some victims 11 years to report, and that they did not have enough time to prepare for trial-- a mere 7 months. Sandusky will not be in the courtroom. The hearing, set for 3 p.m at the Luzerne County Courthouse. It could take several months before there's a decision.
