Convicted pedophile Jerry Sandusky's court case has been moved from a high school in Luzerne county to the county courthouse, but there's no word as to why. The State Superior court was scheduled to hear the appeal the morning of September 17th at Dallas High school so the public could watch. Instead, the court ordered the case be heard in a courthouse in Wilkes-Barre.

Meanwhile, a lawyer for the university says Penn State has settled with 25 men claiming they were abused by convicted pedophile Jerry Sandusky. Lawyer Michael Rozen said the claims were vetted and the university went to “great lengths to verify and corroborate the stories” told by the men. Penn State has authorized $60 million for the settlements.
