(Eden Prairie, MN)  --  The Lion's Tap in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is beefing with McDonald's.  The restaurant alleges the burger empire has stolen it's "Who's your patty?" slogan and customers are calling confused.

According to KARE 11, the owners of the family restaurant filed suit in federal court on Friday over trademark registration.  The Lion's Tap manager, Betsy Schneck, says the slogan has been used on the restaurant's website and t-shirts.  They like their slogan and they want it back, accusing McDonald's of hijacking the slogan for an ad campaign for its new Angus Burger.

McDonald's refuses to speculate on allegations or comment on the matter.  The fast food chain reportedly has until Friday to answer the lawsuit.
