Rare Copy Of The Declaration Of Independence Found In Pa

A historical documents collector believes he found a copy made through a 19th century printing process -- the same process that damaged the original document. Tom Lingenfelter is from a suburb of Philadelphia. He says he spent years researching the document and finally bought it at a flea market for $100. He believes it's an original copy made in the 1840s, and if he proves true, it could be worth quite a bit of cash. The only other copy like this one is found at Independance Hall. A National Park Service curator came out to take a peek at the document, and found it's nearly identical to the one on display at Independance Hall.
