A new Siena Poll says more than three-fourths of New York state residents feel the month-long stalemate in Albany has wasted everyone's time.  Seventy-seven percent of voters polled by Siena College say the New York State Senate stalemate that began June 8th has been a "wasted month."

Who is to blame?

Twenty-one percent of poll respondents deemed State Senator Pedro Espada, who represents a district in the Bronx, as the most "blamable."  Sixty-two percent of those polled say they will remember the legislative mess when they head to the voting booth next year when all 62 State Senators will be up for re-election.
