Police in Binghamton say the 13 shooting victims in Friday's massacre came from nine different countries, including the U.S. Some were from Iraq, Pakistan, Brazil and China, while two were American-born.

Authorities say Jiverly Wong opened fire inside Binghamton's American Civic Association, gunning down victims before taking his own life. Four people are hospitalized but are expected to survive.

Police chief Joe Zikuski said Sunday the people who knew Wong were not surprised by his actions, saying people made fun of him for not speaking English well. He had taken English classes at the center where he carried out the ambush.
