Plaintives Seek Immdediate Decision In Same Sex Marriage Case

The plaintiffs in a constitutional challenge to Pennsylvania's law banning same-sex marriage are changing strategy and now asking a federal judge to make an immediate decision in their case. Civil rights lawyers representing a widow, 11 couples and one of the couples' two teenage daughters filed the papers Monday in federal court in Harrisburg. A spokesman for Gov. Tom Corbett's office, which is defending the constitutionality of the law, says they'll also request a summary judgment from the judge instead of a trial.
