Pas Voter Id Ruling Appealed Within 24 Hours Of Judges Decision

Lawyers for peoples rights groups have officially appealed the decision on Pennsylvania's voter id law.  The groups suing filed the appeal Thursday afternoon. They asked the high court for a speedy review, with oral arguments during the court's session in Philadelphia the week of September 10th. It's because we're growing ever closer to the November 6th voting day. Earlier this week, a commonwealth court judge ruled it was constitutional to require an i.d. To vote. There is speculation that the high court could overturn that ruling.
