Pennsylvania attorney General Kathleen Kane's long-awaited review of the prosecution of child abuser Jerry Sandusky is out and it's revealing a scathing report of Governor Tom Corbett, the attorney general during the Sandusky scandal.  Kane's investigation found he did not act quickly enough to search Sandusky's home, a move that  may have lengthened the entire probe, and could be why Sandusky wasn't arrested sooner.  However, Kane said she found no evidence Corbett delayed the case for political reasons.
