One of two brothers linked to the 1980 shooting death of a state trooper in Corning, New York has been released from prison.  62 year old Larry Comfort was granted parole and was released Tuesday from a correctional facility in Westchester County. He was with his brother, Joseph Comfort, who shot undercover New York State police officer Robert Vanhall. A second officer with Vanhall died from the gunshot wounds in this incident in 2009, almost 30 years later. Joseph Comfort isn't up for parole until 2014.
