Obamacare Struck Down In Florida Federal Court

A federal judge in Pensacola, Florida has struck down the federal health-care law.  Judge Roger Vinson says it's unconstitutional for the government to require you to purchase health insurance in 4 years or face stiff penalties.  Legal analyst Royal Oaks predicted the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in the case two years from now. 26 states have brought lawsuits against the government because of the individual mandate, the part of the law that forces you to buy health insurances. One of those states is Pennsylvania. The Obama administration says it's confident the health-care statute will make it through the highest court in the land.
