After being found not guilty in a corruption trial Friday, former New York Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno said Monday he will seek state reimbursement for his legal bills of up to $4 million. He claims that under state law, he has a right to seek the money from the state Attorney General's office. The money would then need approval by the state Comptroller's office. State law allows public officials to recoup legal fees if they're found innocent in relation to their official duties.
