The CEO of Bank of America met with the New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo in his Manhattan office last night, but refused to name names of Merrill Lynch executives who received billions in last-minute bonuses.

Attorney General Cuomo wants to know who are the recipients of three-point-six-billion dollars, which was doled out the night before Merrill Lynch merged with Bank of America last December. Bank of America Chief Ken Lewis won't disclose the information following a four-hour meeting.

Cuomo is now subpoenaing the records from the North Carolina-based bank. He has also taken testimony from the head of Merrill Lynch John Thain. Cuomo has authority over investment banks with business done on Wall Street.
