The so-called "Miracle on the Hudson" flight will be the topic of discussion in the nation's capital this morning.  The National Transportation Safety Board is holding its first day of hearings on the emergency water landing of US Airways Flight 1549.  The plane had taken off from LaGuardia Airport in January when it experienced double engine failure after running into a flock of birds.  Pilot Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger was able to put plane belly down on the Hudson River.  All 155 passengers and crew survived the landing.  The NTSB plans to investigate what went right with the flight in order to draw up guidelines for ditching aircraft in the water and detecting birds.
