One sports league has settled its labor issues, while another is trying to work things out.  Members of the NFL Referees Association will vote on a new eight-year collective bargaining agreement today and tomorrow.  The regular refs returned last night to call the Baltimore-Cleveland game. They recieved a overwhelming cheers and a standing ovation from fans in Baltimore. Also today, the NHL and the Players Association are scheduled to hold talks in an effort to end a lockout of the players.  The league and union are at odds over how to split revenue.  The NHL cancelled the remainder of its preseason games.
