It's not usually something you think of as a gift, but apparently, it was a pretty hot deal on Cyber Monday. In fact, the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation is calling it a "roaring success." On that one day, the state sold 22-thousand-636 passports online, equal to 27 percent of all passports sold the entire year of 2011. The passports allow holders access to state parks and sites for over a year. Normally, they cost 65 dollars, but on Monday only, they were 40. You might want to check it out next year.
