New List Of Best Booster Seats

The best booster seats in the nation were just named in a new report this morning. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety says the best seat for a 4 to 8 year old is one that has a highback. Why? backless booster seats work well with positioning the lap belt, but not the shoulder belt.
