A new CNN/ORC poll gives us an update on the 2012 GOP Presidential race-- from a Tea Party perspective. It has Texas governor Rick Perry with an enormous lead after the debate held last week. Perry sits well with 30-percent of voters. Just 19-percent picked Mitt Romney. Sarah Palin-- who's not even in the race-- came in at 19-percent, tied with Romney. Ron Paul had 12-percent of the vote, Hermain Cain-- 5 percent, Newt Gingrich-- 5 percent, and the shocker-- Michelle Bachman, not even in the top 4-- at 4-percent. Jon Huntsman and Rick Santorum had 2-percent of the vote. The next GOP debate will be held tonight, September 12th, at 8 p.m. on CNN.
