A former car dealer in the Capital Region is planning a run for New York Governor in 2010. According to the "Daily Gazette," Ken Goewey is beginning his campaign for Governor. Goewey says "I'm looking to serve a silent majority, not the people who already have access."

He plans on using the internet and special-interest groups to run his campaign instead of spending a large amount of money. Goewey will need to collect seven-thousand signatures for his name to make it on the ballot. He says he will run as a Republican but is really a constitutionalist.
