New Al Qaeda Magazine Gives Tips To Would Be Terrorists

(Doha)  --  Al-Qaeda's wing in Yemen has unveiled a new edition of its online English-language magazine.  According to al-Jazeera, it features articles about how to maximize the effects of attacks on Americans.  One article suggests attacking restaurants in the nation's capital in hopes of killing federal employees.  Another provides tips on hitting crowds of people with a pickup truck, comparing the vehicle to a lawnmower that can, "mow down the enemies of God."  There are also articles by wanted American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.  One article written by Samir Khan of North Carolina is entitled, "I Am Proud to be a Traitor to America."  In the article, he details his journey to Yemen to join the fighters there.
