Mitt Romney To Stage Super Saturday In Swing States Tomorrow

07.06.12 | Sarah Harnisch

Mitt Romney is planning a huge voter blitz for Saturday a stress test in key swing states. Pundits say Romney is acting as though Saturday is the day before the election. He's kicking off a first in a series of massive volunteer mobilizations. He's calling it "Super Saturday"-- a day when thousands of volunteers will call and canvas hundreds of thousands of swing state voters. The goal is not just to know which voters are on board with Romney, but to test the presidential campaign's ability to turn out the vote. Pundits predict this may be the first presidential election in history where the challenger raises more cash then the President.
