Mitch Daniels has explained why he chose not to run for President in 2012. He said Tuesday the fear of how the campaign would affect his adult daughters-- was the main factor in his choice. The Indiana governor said "don't forget the total loss of privacy. I have 3 daughters at the beginning of their married lives. Think about the disruption of that."  The governor spoke to reporters for the first time since his middle-of-the-night announcement over the weekend. He also said it's too soon for him to endorse anyone.
