(Oak Park, IL)  --  McDonald's isn't clowning around with its famous red-wigged mascot.  Protestors outside the company's headquarters in Illinois yesterday demanded the burger chain retire Ronald McDonald.  Inside, CEO Jim Skinner said the clown stays.  The non-profit Corporate Accountability International organized the protests, saying Ronald McDonald markets unhealthy foods to kids.  Skinner fired back, saying the character is also the face of McDonald's many charities, including the renowned Ronald McDonald House for cancer-stricken kids.  Skinner said the clown, "is a force for good."  Asked to retire Ronald McDonald, Skinner replied, quote, "All I'm saying to you is: The answer is no."
