Major Snow Storm Cripples Southwest

A major winter storm is bringing heavy snow to the southwestern U.S.  Forecasters say the storm system will bring blizzard conditions as well as wind and frigid temperatures to New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Kansas.  Portions of those states could get more than a foot of snow.  Wind chills are expected to drop into the single digits.  Officials are warning people to stay off the roads when possible.  Meterologist Kevin Williams says there are a couple storms that could pave the way for a White Christmas in NY and PA, but the jury is still out on that.
