Major Ruling On Same Sex Marriage In Ny

11.29.11 | Bob Price

A major ruling today on same-sex marriage in New York.  A judge in Livingston County will allow a conservative group to air it's grievances over the way the homosexual marriage law was crafted last spring.
New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms says Judge Robert Wiggins carefully weighed the arguments and agreed that this is a case that deserves a closer look at the supreme court level.
The process by which homosexual marriage became law may have violated new york's open meetings law and some lawmakers were paid for their yes votes on gay marriage, which if proven to be true, would amount to corruption.
