There are now 41 cases and 110 individuals suing the federal government over the H.H.S. mandate in President Obama's Affordable Care Act. It's the provision that forces faith-based employers to offer abortive care. Liberty Council President Matt Staver says it's essential that the Supreme Court strike down the contraception mandate in the health-care law. Staver remains hopeful the court will rule in favor of religious freedom. He says "I think we have a strong case on religious free exersize, because it's a clear clash. The Supreme Court rejected the Obama Administration's arguments on the free excersize of religion in the last term." The Archdiocese in New York, Tyndale House Christian book publishers, and Hobby lobby are among some of the companies suing. The case is expected to be heard this year.
