A Haitian judge has ordered the release of the final two of ten American missionaries arrested in Haiti for allegedly trying to take children out of the country. The judge said, quote, "The case will be over this week because we have no criminal grounds to pursue it." The first eight were released last week and arrived in Miami Wednesday night. The other two, Laura Silsby and Charisa Coulter, were held while Haitian officials continued their investigation.

The ten, all affiliated with a church in Idaho, claimed they were taking the 33 children to a Dominican Republic orphanage. They were arrested in late January when they reached the border and couldn't produce documents proving they had permission to transport the children.
