Kids Teachers Score High In Pa And Ny On National Report Card

Pennsylvania Ranks fifth in the nation for student performance, and New York is thirteenth in the nation for best teachers. The American Legislative Exchange Council looked a data from national test scores, state education policies, and charter school regulations. The Keystone State won the ranking for how its kids performed on tests, and New York was scored high for how well prepared its teachers are, and what is being done to keep good teachers in the state.
