World intelligence agencies are beginning to acknowledge North Korea as a full-fledged nuclear power. "The Times" of London reports that a variety of intelligence officials have started to give frank assessments of the nuclear danger posed by North Korea. The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency recently remarked that North Korea has nuclear weapons and, "we have to face reality."

It is believed the secretive communist state has developed warheads small enough to fit on a missile. Combined with its recent launch of a long range rocket, that gives North Korea the capability to inflict catastrophic damage to South Korea, Japan and U.S. bases in the area.
