Hslda Urges People In Ny Pa To Protest United Nations Disability Treaty

There's a vote taking place in a u.s. Senate committee today that would affect parent's rights. The Senate Foreign Relations Committee, poised to vote on the United Nations Disabilities treaty. The Homeschool Legal Defense Organization says it will allow government officials to override parent's decisions for their child with a disability. It would also establish a national list of all kids that have disabilities. HSLDA opposes it, saying bills can be repealed, but once a treaty is signed, "there's no going back."
