It looks like the fight to protect Christian hospitals and universities from offering abortive birth control under President Obama's HHS mandate in the Affordable Care Act may go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. There are nearly 40 lawsuits pending right now, and several have been ruled in court, but the rulings aren't consistent-- some winning, some loosing. Pundits say that will likely result in appeals to the highest court in the nation. Christian businesses had to start following President Obama's HHS mandate January first, religious hospitals and universities must follow it this August.
