H1n1 Clinics Coming To Pennsylvania
11.16.09 |
Clinics around the state will offer swine flu vaccine to people who are in an at-risk group. The state Department of Health said Friday that it will hold the clinics around the state from November 20-22. Appointments must be made in advance.
The clinics will be held in 18 different locations. More clinics are expected as more vaccine arrives. The department asks that only individuals in the following groups attend the clinics: Individuals between 6 months and 24 years; caregivers for children younger than 6 months; pregnant women; health care providers and emergency medical services personnel; and people under 65 who have an underlying health condition, such as asthma, diabetes or heart disease.
People can get more information by logging onto H1N1inPA.com or by calling 1-877-PA-HEALTH.
