Just 5 years ago, Charles Monnett study that polar bears were drowning in the rising Arctic Ocean helped galvanize the global warming movement. Now the wildlife biologist is on administrative leave and facing misconduct charges for "integrity issues" from the federal office he worked for. He has been ordered to stay silent-- and not talk to the press. Three agencies, including the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, have filed a complaint, seeking a public apology over his story on the bears.
