Fortune 500 Vice Prez Says He Likes To Hire Christians

  The Vice President of Rochester-based Xerox tells Family Life in an exclusive interview that Christian employees make the best employees. Gary Blackard is out with a new book called "Relevance In the Workplace." He says public employers look for employees who have integrity, are high performers, and have a biblical world view. Blackard's book makes the case for companies hiring workers with a strong religious background. He says there are major business schools like Harvard Business School and Yale Business school that are creating M.B.A. type classes around spirituality and integrating your faith into work. He says "even these large secular businesses are recognizing the value of faith in the workplace."
