Former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush will make a return visit to Haiti on Monday to check on the status of earthquake recovery. The Caribbean island nation, the poorest in the Western Hemisphere, was wracked by a devastating magnitude 7.0 quake in January. It killed more than 200-thousand people and left the capital city Port-au-Prince in ruins. The former presidents will focus on Haiti's longterm recovery plans. They'll also discuss with Haitian officials how to best use 36-million dollars donated to the Clinton-Bush fund by more than 200-thousand people after the quake. President Obama tapped Clinton and Bush to head the international relief effort. Clinton also serves as the UN special envoy to Haiti.
