"Forbes Magazine" is out with its list of best colleges, and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point edges out Ivy League schools. The nation's oldest military academy comes in first on the magazine's second annual best college list, topping Princeton University at number-two and ahead of the fifth place Harvard University. West Point, which has an 11:30 p.m. curfew, came in at number-six last year. "Forbes" bases its findings on five criteria, including graduation rates, student satisfaction, average debt upon graduation, national recognition, and starting salaries for recent graduates. The U.S. Air Force Academy came in as number-seven this year. West Point was established in 1802 on the Hudson River and counts Ulysses Grant, Dwight Eisenhower, Robert Lee, George Patton, and David Petraeus among its alumni.
