The first lawsuit has been filed in relation to a death of a passenger on Continental Connection Flight 3407. Susan Wehle of Amherst died when the turboprop plane went down on February 12th. Wehle's sons have filed the suit, which goes after three airlines and the maker of the Q 400 turboprop plane.

The suit was filed yesterday in U.S. District Court against Colgon Air Continental Airlines, Pinnacle Airlines, and Bombardier Aerospace. An NTSB investigation into the incident continues, but may not be complete for another year or more.
