The triple-E virus, Eastern Equine Encephalitis, has been found in mosquitos in central New York. Health authorities say they're going to start using planes to spray for mosquitos from the air in Oswego county, over 10-thousand acres north of Oneida lake. This, after the virus was found in mosquitos samples. All 5 cases of Triple-E reported in New York in the past 40 years have been fatal. Symptoms include sudden headache, high fever, chills and vomiting. The type found in Oswego county were in mosquitos that bite birds, not humans, but the virus can spread among mosquitos, so health officials say they're not taking any chances.
