A judge has issued a temporary order to halt construction and tree clearing in northern Pennsylvania's pristine Endless Mountains region, that's embroiled in a court fight over eminent domain. The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered work to be stopped on a 39-mile natural gas pipeline until a three judge panel takes up the case February 28th. Eminent domain gives gas companies the right to take land from homeowners. Landowners say they were offered less then 400-thousand dollars for 39 properties along the gas route.
