Some electricity users in Pennsylvania will see their rates go up in just a few days. It is set to happen June 1st. How much rates go up depends on the provider. Rates go up every quarter. This time around they are going up more than usual to help utility companies recoup losses from the winter. Allentown based  PPL's rates will go up 3.2 percent. Other power companies across the state say some of their rates may go up as much as 51 percent.

If you want to shop for a cheaper provider in the Keystone State, here's how.
