(White Plains, NY)  --  The husband of the woman accused of killing eight people when she drove the wrong way on a New York highway last month will learn today if he will face criminal charges.  Daniel Schuler insists he had no knowledge that his wife had any drinking problem that contributed to the deadly collision.  Diane Schuler was behind the wheel when she drove the wrong way on the Taconic State Parkway on July 26th.

Police met last week with Daniel Schuler and will brief the Westchester County district attorney today on their findings.  The district attorney is expected to meet with the families of those killed in the crash to explain her decision about bringing charges.  Daniel Schuler's attorney is confident that his client won't face criminal charges.
