Drivers looking for cash for their clunker are being warned to watch out for deceptive ads. State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is ordering 40 New York car dealers to redo their ads about the federal program. The Attorney General says the dealers left out significant requirements to qualify for the federal rebate up to 45-hundred-dollars to trade in an old vehicle for a new fuel efficient model. Nine Long Island dealerships earned a spot on the Attorney General's list, including Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Garden City, Millennium Toyota and Nissan in Garden City, Hassel Volvo in Glen Cove, Chrysler Dodge and Atlantic of Bay Shore. Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Smith Cairnes Ford of White Plains were named from Westchester County.
