Cuomo Has Yet To Release Womens Equality Bill

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is getting knocked for keeping his abortion bill private. Pro-life groups are fighting Andrew Cuomo's Women's Equality Act but the problem is the act doesn't exist. Not yet, at least. Cuomo listed 10 measures during his State of the State address in January. But with just a couple of months left in the session, he has yet to introduce this bill. Instead, he's negotiating with lawmakers behind closed doors, waiting to release it until he and the heads of the Assembly and Senate come to a consensus. Jason McGuire with New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms says both the same sex marriage bill and the gun control bill were brought about through corrupt, undemocratic processes and backroom deals-- and he's urging all people of faith to watch the Women's Equality Bill very closely.
