Crows Plague Penn State

They've returned to the Penn State Campus. Not the students, who are still on break, but invasive crows. Last year about three thousand migrating crows landed on the University Park campus and the crows have returned in larger thann expected numbers.

This week, campus personnel are launching noise making pyrotechnics in an effort to relocate them into more tolerable locations away from the central campus. Officials say that may take days or weeks. Crows are attracted to the light and warmth from University buildings.
