Crosses Under Attack In America

There's an attack on Christian crosses in America. Earlier this week we told you about a federal court that ordered a 100-year-old cross in California be removed because it was unconstitutional. We've also been following a military cross tribute in Utah-- where 14 crosses are set up along a highway there. Thursday, a team of judges in Utah, based on the ruling in California, said it would allow a group of athiests teamed with the Utah State Police to bring the case up for appeal. The court also ruled that the cross is "definitely a christian symbol" and causes distraction along the busy highway. It means the group has another shot at getting the crosses taken down.
