Criminal Charges Coming For Hazing Death In Tunkhannock

Criminal charges are being filed in connection to the hazing death of a student at a college in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. The Monroe County District Attorney says he won’t decide on “who” to charge or “what” they’ll be charged with ...until the police probe is completed into the death of 19 year-old Michael Deng.  The NYC-native succumbed to brain injury after he was forced to run a gauntlet, blindfolded ...with heavy weight on his back during a fraternity ritual at Baruch College in the Poconos.  At one point in the ritual, Deng was knocked unconscious and he died hours later at the hospital.  About 30 members of the Pi Delta Psi fraternity spent the weekend at a rented house in Tunkhannock.  That’s where the hazing took place.  The college says it had no knowledge of the incident.
