The U.S. Supreme Court says it will not hear a court case that allowed high school principles to ban kids from handing out Christian materials in class. Hiram Sasser is a lawyer with Liberty Institute. He says "they missed a bit opportunity to set the national standard. And we're hoping that we're going to have the court side with us that these schools are violating the law in case after case. But we're going to have to do it island hopping, school district by school district until finally we solve this problem nationwide." Four Dallas, Texas families sued in 2004, after youngsters were banned from handing out pencils that said "Jesus is the reason for the season."
