Christian Small Business In Missouri Buys Time To Comply With Hhs Mandate
11.30.12 |
There are more then three dozen cases pending against the President's Affordable Care Act, because of the HHS Mandate nestled inside it. The act forces all faith-based businesses and non profits to provide abortive healthcare at their cost to their own employees. Many businesses have to start offering it at the beginning of 2013. On Thursday, there was a small victory. A federal appeals court said a Catholic small business owner in Saint Louis, Missouri will not have to comply until his case is heard in court. It buys the owner time until both sides are heard.
